Brent Holliday, MiCP
Brent Holliday is from Bethany, Oklahoma, and has over 15+ years of real estate experience. Brent began his professional career in the insurance industry, where he worked and owned his own large commercial insurance agency for 16 years. After his time in the insurance industry, Brent opened up his Consulting agency, where he helped clients buy and sell businesses, assets, and real estate for 7 years. He then accepted a partnership offer with a large restaurant group where he would act in various executive positions for the next 8 years before getting into commercial real estate full time.
Brent has won KW Commercial Broker of the Year for the state of Oklahoma in 2016, 2019, 2021, & 2022.
Rachel Nichols
Rachel Nichols is a top-producing real estate professional serving commercial clients across the Oklahoma City metro. With over a decade of experience and a strong background, she brings a strategic, detail-driven approach to every transaction.
Consistently ranked in the top 3–5% of agents since 2017, Rachel is known for her professionalism, integrity, and commitment to building lasting client relationships. She thrives on helping people make confident, informed decisions while navigating the complexities of real estate transactions.
Born and raised in Bethany and now based in Piedmont, Rachel combines deep local knowledge with a relationship-first mindset. Outside of real estate, she loves traveling with her husband Chase and their two kids Bear & Nova.
Ciarra Holliday

Ciarra Holliday serves as the Executive Assistant and Listing Coordinator for Holliday Commercial Real Estate, supporting client communication, listing management, transaction coordination, and the operational systems that keep the brokerage running smoothly. She brings a strong background in organizational leadership, large-scale project management, and strategic operations.
In addition to her work in commercial real estate, Ciarra is the Outreach Director for Scouting America – The Last Frontier Council, where she leads the expansion of in-school Scouting programs that integrate Oklahoma Academic Standards with leadership, character development, and life skills training. Her work has strengthened partnerships across school districts, improved student engagement, and expanded access to youth programming for underserved communities.
Ciarra previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Allied Community Services and Superintendent of Schools for MRD Learning Centers, overseeing three early childhood centers, leading more than 150 employees, and securing over $3.5 million in grants and contracts. She directed licensing, compliance, professional development systems, and center expansion projects—experience that now informs her efficient, detail-driven support in real estate operations.
Ciarra brings to Holliday Commercial Real Estate a proven ability to manage complex operations, communicate with clarity, and ensure high-quality service for every client.

Shari Norton has been practicing the art of Transaction Coordinator for almost 7 years. She makes sure all the x’s are crossed and I’s are dotted when it comes to paperwork. She takes great pride in being organized and knowledgeable in her profession. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, traveling, going to concerts and going to the beach. In 2021 she and her family moved from Oklahoma to the coast of North Carolina to fulfill her lifelong dream of living near the beach.
